Bought my first drop spindle today…

Made my first foray into spinning (Corriedale in light gray).  It’s been…interesting.  I’m learning how much drafting is enough, and am still struggling with too much vs. too little twist.  But, for only playing with it for about a half hour I’d say it’s not going tooo badly so far. 

Although… there’s something to be said for the discomfort of having stray drafted roving bits get caught in your eye.  Ouch!
